Qualifications
- California Bar admission in good standing.
- Experience with HOAs, condominiums, PUDs or similar projects.
- Experience with California DRE matters preferred.
- Understanding of CC&Rs and development-related real estate issues.
- Litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate and common-interest development matters.
- Handle matters involving HOAs, condominiums and PUDs.
- Assist with creation and development of common-interest communities.
- Draft and review CC&Rs, governing documents, bylaws and related documents.
- Work with developers and builders on real estate projects.
- Handle California DRE requirements and subdivision public reports.
- Analyze and advise on California real estate and HOA laws.
- Represent clients in real estate/HOA disputes and litigation if applicable.
- Provide practical, strategic legal guidance to clients.
