Redfin is seeking motivated real estate professionals to join as Associate Agents. You’ll show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections while setting your own hours and workload, enabling you to tailor your schedule to personal commitments.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event. There’s no sales pressure, no contracts, or closings required, and you can work remotely in the field with optional educational services to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license required in the state you work in.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS required or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
