Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help clients buy and sell homes with flexible scheduling and earnings tied to field activities. You’ll show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and manage your workload with minimal office visits.

As an independent contractor in our nationwide network, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event, with optional training to grow your skills and expand your network. A real estate license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes
