This fast-paced role handles 25–30 projects simultaneously, including vendor coordination and ensuring market readiness. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and status reports, communicate with market managers to remove roadblocks to sales, and apply

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, or operations.
• Strong organizational and detail‑driven work style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and timelines.
• Knowledge of city codes, violations, or inspection processes is a plus.

Responsibilities
