Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years in Commercial Lending or related operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the bank.
• Review appraisal statuses and request information as needed.
• Coordinate external commercial appraisal reviews through 3rd party vendor.
• Assist closing team with Finance Center checklists and documentation.
