Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Wheeling, WV seeks a Real Estate Valuation Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and staff using commercial appraisal services, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

You will track appraisals with Collateral 360, review status, coordinate external reviews, support closing teams, and communicate with management and vendors while maintaining knowledge of appraisal rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of experience in commercial lending or lending operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Real Estate Valuation Group and bank clients for appraisal services.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the bank using Collateral 360.
• Review appraisal status and request information as needed.
• Coordinate external appraisal reviews with 3rd party vendor.
• Assist closing team with Finance Center checklists.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicate with senior management and vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of appraisal rules/regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
