You will prospect for clients, conduct showings, prepare listings, and guide buyers and sellers through transactions, while leveraging CRM tools, market research, and compliant documentation to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Understanding of local market trends, property valuation, and investment considerations.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build trust and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and conduct property showings.
• Prepare and present listings; guide buyers and sellers through transactions.
• Conduct market research and prepare CMA reports.
• Coordinate inspections and appraisals; document compliance.
