Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year of real estate accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Remote-friendly; able to work CST hours.
• Familiar with Slack, Clickup, Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Process all AP bills and enter into accounting software within 24 hours.
• Verify vendor details, amounts, and dates.
• Flag discrepancies for review by AM/SAM or SBK.
• Collaborate with Bookkeeper and AM to maintain AP workflow.
