Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to receive, order, maintain and distribute materials essential to daily operations. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, shipping/receiving and material tracking across the site network.

You'll maintain master lists, stage shipments, coordinate with CPM/TCM/CS, and ensure fleet upkeep and safety standards. Position requires a high school diploma, basic MS Office, forklift certification and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED and 1+ years warehouse/inventory or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Domestic travel up to 20% and ability to drive a company vehicle at CMV level.
• Valid Government Issued Driver's License.
• Forklift Certification.
• Preferred candidates.

Responsibilities

• Receive, order, maintain and distribute materials needed for day-to-day business.
• Maintain Master Inventory list and monitor inventory levels.
• Handle shipping & receiving daily, coordinate with trucking lines.
• Order materials included in SBA bids (site kits, grounding supplies, etc.).
• Check shipments against packing slips and label with job details.
• Stage jobs in warehouse/yard and track material status with internal teams.
• Assist with material pickup/delivery to sites and fleet upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and outdoor storage.
