Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to receive, order, maintain, and distribute materials needed for day-to-day business operations. You will manage the master inventory, handle shipping/receiving, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material availability.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, staging jobs, and maintaining fleet records, with domestic travel about 20% and a valid driver’s license required. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED and 1+ years warehouse/inventory or relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willing to travel domestically ~20% and able to drive CMV trailer.
• Forklift Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Inventory list of all materials, inbound and outbound; keep staff apprised of inventory levels.
• Handle shipping and receiving daily; coordinate with trucking lines, UPS/FedEx, and loading dock operations.
• Order materials typical for SBA bids; manage site kitting lists and grounding supplies.
• Check shipments against packing slips; mark with job names/numbers; stage jobs in warehouse/yard.
• Coordinate with Client/CPM/TCM/CS to inform material status; arrange pickups/deliveries as needed.
• Track and log fleet vehicles/trailers; ensure warehouse and outdoor storage areas remain tidy.
• Perform additional duties as required.
