Job summary

Casepoint seeks an HR Manager, Talent & Employee Relations to lead hands-on HR initiatives across the workforce. You will partner with managers to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent, while heading employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions‑oriented, and capable of balancing strategic partnership with hands‑on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, HR partnership, and talent acquisition.
• Experience independently managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and hiring manager partnership experience.
• Experience with performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
• Strong judgment, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive solutions through completion and use AI/automation to improve work.
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace matters.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, corrective action, employee development, and leadership.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend actions, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews, offers, and candidate experience.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen Casepoint's employer brand and recruiting presence.
• Manage performance management and talent processes, including reviews, development planning, and succession planning.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, and stay/exit interviews.
• Use workforce and recruiting metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop tools and self-service resources to improve manager effectiveness and reduce admin work.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR programs using AI, automation, and technology.
