Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or professional services.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients through cold calls, outreach, and events.
• Build long-term client relationships and tailor staffing strategies.
• Conduct client meetings across the Greater Pittsburgh area.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to proposals and closing.
