Job summary
Switch is seeking a Regional Data Center Electrical Engineer to join a world-class team delivering mission-critical infrastructure for AI, cloud, and enterprise data centers. You will optimize electrical systems, support capital projects, and lead analyses for capacity and sustainability while coordinating with operations and design teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; PE preferred.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers ( feeders, transformers, UPS, PDUs, cooling, etc.).
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and MEP drawings.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, perform RCA, and document corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Support operations as SME for issue resolution, events, and training.
- Analyze availability, capacity, efficiency and sustainability of electrical systems.
- Monitor data center performance trends and support capital projects.
- Lead design feedback and owner upgrades to improve capacity and reliability.
- Interface with operations, design engineering, field engineering, and safety teams.
