Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager with strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, software testing methodologies, and QA project management. The ideal candidate should have experience managing QA projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple teams, and serving as the primary point of contact between QA teams, Business Development (BD), and business stakeholders.

This is not a traditional hands-on Tester or Test Lead position. We need someone with strong project management, stakeholder communication, coordination, reporting, and leadership skills who can drive QA initiatives from project initiation through completion.

Experience with AccelQ test automation platform is highly preferred.

• Manage and drive QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact between QA teams, Business Development, and business stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate project execution activities.
• Manage and facilitate War Room meetings to resolve project issues and blockers.
• Coordinate with multiple QA, development, business, upstream, and downstream teams.
• Organize and conduct QA training sessions whenever required.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports, QA metrics, and progress updates.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify issues and elevate critical risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Monitor QA project performance and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and project execution.
• Support QA automation initiatives and coordinate activities involving AccelQ.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
