Pan American Properties, Inc. seeks a Portfolio-minded Property Supervisor to lead and develop Property Managers across a Southern California multi-family portfolio.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and ownership of results across properties. The ideal candidate will coach managers, manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure operational standards while maintaining close ties with site teams, corporate departments, and property owners.

Qualifications

• Valid California Real Estate License required.
• Minimum 3 years of highly relevant property management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple apartment communities and supervising Property Managers.
• Strong financial, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of multi-family maintenance operations and Fair Housing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/M365; comfortable with PM, accounting, and reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule; must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Property Managers to meet performance goals.
• Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of properties.
• Review financial statements, budgets, delinquencies, and variances with site teams.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, capital projects, and vendor oversight.
• Build strong relationships with owners, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
