Innomotics, based in New Kensington, PA, seeks an experienced Manager, Project Management to lead a team responsible for the successful execution of complex engineered product orders and system projects. This role blends people leadership with operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will coach Project Managers, partner with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Logistics, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding the highest quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of project management in industrial/engineered products.
• 3+ years leading project management or technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex customer projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality.
• Manage high-profile projects including scope, financials, risk, and change management.
• Escalate and resolve project challenges, risks, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Sales.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Develop KPIs and drive corrective actions for performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardize PM practices.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and succession.
