Job summary

Anthropic is building its own servers and partnering with ODMs to deploy data-center hardware. As Product Engineer in Manufacturing Operations, you will own the product at the factory, gathering manufacturing, test, and yield concerns and validating fixes before each build.

In mass production you will deliver engineering changes with minimal disruption, qualify new components and second sources, and root-cause yield and field failures. This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering hardware products from development to mass production at contract manufacturers or ODMs.
• Ability to drive yield, quality, and schedule commitments with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own product at the factory through development to mass production.
• Gather manufacturing, test, and yield concerns; drive fixes in design before builds.
• Lead engineering changes with ODM/CM; qualify new components and second sources.
• Root-cause field failures and drive corrective actions; monitor ramp to production.
• Coordinate across manufacturers and sites; validate transitions and cut-ins.
• Travel up to 50% to partner factories; communicate findings to leadership.
