Job summary

Anthropic, headquartered in San Francisco, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own server and rack production at CM/ODM partners. You will design assembly, integration, and test processes, bring up new lines and sites, and drive yield, cycle time, and cost improvements.

Expect 50% travel to partner facilities and close collaboration with product engineering and supply chain. You will provide manufacturability feedback early in development, set process standards, and lead line readiness when new

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering for complex electromechanical products.
• End-to-end production process ownership including line layout and test.
• Experience bringing up lines/sites with CM/ODM partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and document assembly, rack integration, and test processes for new products.
• Lead line and site bring-up at CM/ODM partners; validate capacity and pilot builds.
• Specify, source, and validate tooling, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Own yield, cycle time, and process capability; drive corrective actions with partners.
• Provide DFM/DFT feedback and represent manufacturing in pilot reviews.
• Qualify process and engineering changes on the line; train operators.
