Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a faculty member in the Department of Family Medicine to lead research on primary care transformation, implementation science, and health equity. The role includes developing externally funded projects, publishing, mentoring, and translating findings into practice and policy.

The position will cultivate partnerships with state agencies, health systems, FQHCs, payers, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, public policy, public administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience building community, managing people and research programs with emphasis on value-based payment models.
• Experience with grant and report writing and communication to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate relationships with state agencies, healthcare organizations, public health agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to advance Primary Care Research.
• Represent the Colorado Health Extension System in meetings with external partners and coordinate strategic relationship development.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to value-based payment, alternative payment models, and public-sector healthcare financing.
• Monitor sponsor priorities and emerging funding opportunities relevant to primary care and health equity.
• Plan, facilitate, and document research meetings, workshops, and partner convenings with internal and external stakeholders.
