Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Operations Manager for the Operations Group to lead and coordinate operations across a specified region. The role reports through supervisors and subordinate managers to ensure alignment with corporate goals and budget targets.

The incumbent will establish strategic plans, implement policies, manage performance reporting, and drive process improvements. A senior leadership mindset and strong communication with internal and external partners are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years' experience in a financial services leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Establishes long and short term strategic plans for the group/region in line with corporate goals.
• Implements new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Provides directions in policy, procedure, and technology development.
• Monitors and reports on fiscal and production performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
