Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years' experience in a financial services leadership position.
• Experience in operations is preferred.
• Experience in managing teams, processes and programs.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiencies and identify/correct process deficiencies.
• Excellent project management skills—must be organized, detail oriented and able to work under deadlines.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities; promote a high-performance, high-morale culture.
• Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Problem solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establishes long and short term strategic plans for the group/region in support of corporate goals.
• Implements new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Provides guidance in establishing policies, procedures, and technology.
• Prepares, monitors, controls and reports the group/region's fiscal and production performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
