Job summary

B.O.S.S. Retirement Solutions is seeking an Associate Advisor to support a Lead Advisor in managing a defined client portfolio. The role combines in-person and remote client interactions, annual reviews, and proactive follow-through on sales opportunities to deliver exceptional service.

You will help with onboarding, ensure accurate paperwork, and coordinate with the processing team while building strong client relationships and a solid understanding of retirement strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop, manage, and retain strong client and internal relationships.
• Understanding of Tax brackets and Roth conversions.
• High attention to detail for accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support through onboarding documentation and client meetings for the B.O.S.S. Retirement Blueprint.
• Follow systems and processes, reviewing documentation before processing.
• Provide outstanding client experience by ongoing engagement and follow-up with clients.
• Execute instructions from Retirement Advisor, including processing requests and annuity documentation.
• Conduct annual and periodic reviews for clients and update the Blueprint.
• Identify and onboard off-held assets with client portfolios.
