Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Entry Level Distribution Design Engineer in Framingham, MA to help upgrade a major energy provider's distribution grids. You will schedule and develop construction work plans, create work packages, and assist with the bill of materials.

You will own field work, take notes and measurements, and design construction plans using GIS, CAD, WMS, and client systems. The role includes calculations like pole sizing, voltage drop, and protection device coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Interest in developing construction work packages for the electric distribution system using various software systems and construction standards.
• Comfortable in a remote setting with some fielding work around the GR area.

Responsibilities
