Job summary

Epta Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design the electrical portion of refrigeration units and plants, ensuring sustainability criteria are met. You will craft electrical schematics, select controllers, and coordinate with suppliers while maintaining compliance with CE and EMC standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering is required.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Management experience in a multinational context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the controlling strategy of the electrical function of products, supporting technical instruction for customers and Manufacturing Dept.
• Design and drafting of electrical and functional schematics; select electronic controllers for refrigerators and integrate with the electrical system.
• Design and develop customized solutions per customer requests.
• Ensure product design complies with applicable standards and laws (CE, EMC, EMF…).
• Coordinate with project team to collect market specifications; support documentation of key features.
• Interface with suppliers to lead development and implementation.
• Document product features (manuals, tech data sheets, etc.).
• Support Quality and Service in handling non-conformities and product training.
• Assist Epta Innovation Centre with patent management.
