Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager to manage a Cleveland area network of dealerships and grow indirect auto finance opportunities. You will work remotely from a home office and travel to dealerships as needed to train staff and optimize funding.

You will review credit guidelines, build relationships with dealers, and support funding efficiency while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an underwriter for retail, lease, or commercial lending in automotive indirect lending.
• Dealer Centered Selling Certification is required upon hire.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations and credit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for dealership relationships including retail finance, leasing, and floor plan.
• Deliver training to dealership staff to increase applications and funding.
• Review credit guidelines to aid approvals and funding.
• Maintain documentation of call reports, itineraries, mileage logs and expense reports.
