Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group, based in Washington, D.C., is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support IAM policy work for the Office of Government-wide Policy at the GSA. The role entails policy support, stakeholder coordination, and project execution across diverse teams.

The ideal candidate will bring IAM knowledge, federal consulting experience, and strong communication, analytics, and organizational skills to help deliver policy solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA / BS Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or similar field.
• Experience with and working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM).
• 1+ years of Federal consulting experience supporting project management life cycle
• Experience within the General Services Administration (GSA) highly valued
• Program management certification (e.g. Scrum, Agile, PMP) highly valued
• Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
• Excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skills
• Experience creating, analyzing, and presenting surveys and data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline tracking
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple ongoing deliverables

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of client issues related to cybersecurity policy and IAM.
• Present insights and recommendations in written reports and client interactions.
• Work with stakeholders to develop process maps, project plans, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and vendors.
• Prepare materials on new technologies for the federal government.
• Lead discrete deliverables and workstreams.
• Support project lifecycle planning and closure.
• Coordinate logistics for briefings, workshops, and teams.
• Design and analyze program surveys for improvements.
• Draft program correspondence for leads to stakeholders.
• Create program collateral using Google Suite.
• Identify risks and deploy mitigation strategies.
