Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support the Office of Government-wide Policy at the GSA. You will develop IAM policy guidance, analyze client issues, and communicate findings to teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has IAM/FICAM experience, federal consulting background, and strong project coordination skills. This hybrid DC-area role offers exposure to federal clients, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to influence cybersecurity

Qualifications

• BA / BS Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or similar field
• Experience with and working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and / or Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM)
• 2+ years of Federal consulting experience supporting project management lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of client issues related to IAM policy and implementation
• Share insights and recommendations through reports and client interactions
• Work with stakeholders to develop process maps, project plans, and identify efficiencies
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and vendors
• Prepare written materials on emerging technologies and federal government applications
• Lead discrete deliverables and/or workstreams
• Support project planning, initiation, execution, and closing
• Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
• Provide logistical support for briefings, workshops, and committees
• Design, issue, and analyze program surveys for improvements
• Develop program collateral in Google Suite
• Identify program risks and deploy mitigation strategies
