Job summary

Lake Tahoe Wildlife Center is seeking a Community Program Coordinator to support education and volunteer initiatives. You will develop programs, lead eco-tourism activities, and coordinate outreach and youth summer camps, reporting to the Communications & Development Manager.

You will manage volunteers, plan events, and help expand community engagement while working a partly remote schedule within a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with the Communications & Development Manager to develop community and volunteer programs aligned with the center’s mission.
• Lead eco-tourism initiatives, educational programs, outreach, and guided nature hikes.

• Lead LTWC’s eco-tourism initiatives and coordinate educational programs.
