Job summary

North Tahoe Community Alliance in Truckee, CA seeks a part-time Shared Workforce Development Coordinator to unite efforts of the Truckee and North Tahoe Chambers, coordinating youth programs, employer engagement, and regional workforce initiatives.

Under the Employer of Record model, you will manage program logistics, lead school and educator partnerships, recruit employers, and coordinate two annual regional job fairs while reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating youth workforce programs and community initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TNT Tech Teens and North Lake Tahoe youth programs.
• Lead employer recruitment and coordination for youth programs.
• Manage program logistics, evaluation, and reporting.
• Coordinate leadership programs including scheduling, curriculum administration and speaker engagement.
• Coordinate two regional job fairs annually.
