• Strong focus on client service, policy administration, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and support for internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes and submissions.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor task progress.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections while minimizing errors.
