Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• ACLS Certification required.
• 1 year recent dialysis experience; 1-3 years management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the organizational philosophy, objectives, and standards of care.

• Plans and facilitates staff development and timely performance reviews.
