Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dialysis team in Lexington and Thomasville, NC. The role involves delivering prescribed dialysis care, using the nursing process, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $13,000 based on experience, with competitive hourly wages from $35 to $52. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure valid in the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Computer skills required.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards of care.
• Maintains a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and standards.
• Position requires frequent standing and bending.
