Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations in Norfolk, VA to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports using BI tools, SQL, Excel, and Tableau. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to improve operations and decision-making across payer-related processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data reporting or analytics, with strong data integrity practices and collaboration with IT and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
Experience with large datasets and multiple databases; BI tools, SQL querying and reporting software knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards.
Monitor trends, KPIs, and patterns to provide actionable insights.
Translate complex data into clear reports for stakeholders.
