Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations with 3+ years in data reporting and analytics. You will design, generate, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools to inform business decisions.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting processes, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders across payer operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
• Experience working with Large Datasets and Multiple Databases.
• Knowledge of BI Tools, SQL, querying and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support business operations and special projects.
• Design and generate dashboards and visualizations for business operations; monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems; maintain data structures and reporting tools.
• Document business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies; identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
