Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support operations and special projects. You will leverage SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools to turn complex data into concise insights for stakeholders.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity, collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams, and help optimize reporting systems to drive informed decisions across

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple databases.
Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.
Bachelor's level degree (Required).

Responsibilities

Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations.
Analyze trends, patterns, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.
