Job summary

The BCBA at byyoursideac will evaluate, create, and implement ABA therapy plans, collect data, and train families and staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral and skill acquisition needs of clients.

You will define problems, collect data, establish facts, and present information to management while supporting a flexible work schedule and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• National Certification by BACB.
• Master’s Degree required in a relevant field.
• Eight-hour online, competency-based training on BACB experience standards preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine programming, frequency and therapy plan.
• Maintain comprehensive therapy plans with long- and short-term goals.
• Prepare reports for insurance requests as needed.
• Arrange parent meetings to train and communicate with families.
• Maintain minimum supervision time per week for each client.
• Provide supervised therapy hours and timely clinical documentation.
• Complete required pre-authorizations, evaluations, assessments and progress reports.
