Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) to oversee low to mid complexity projects across client accounts. You will collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to drive planning, staffing, and successful delivery while beginning to handle budgeting and financial oversight.

The role is ideally based on the East Coast of the United States; flexible locations and in‑person engagement are possible depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects across multiple client accounts and teams.
• Ability to work with cross-functional agency partners (Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, Technology).
• Experience in project planning, risk management, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own low/mid complexity projects across a set of client accounts with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to deliver results.
• Support estimating work, monitoring budgets, and related financial processes.
