Qualifications

• Experience in a creative role within a healthcare advertising agency.
• Strong design skills demonstrated across multiple media.
• Able to mentor and develop junior creatives.
• Proficiency with FIGMA is essential.
• Ability to present concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspire high creative standards and mentor staff.
