Job summary

Child Care Innovations seeks a BASE Director to coordinate daily operations of the out-of-school time program in Colorado. You will plan activities, supervise children, foster relationships with school staff, and ensure licensing compliance with state requirements for a 30+ child program.

You will oversee program leaders, manage budgets and reports, and collaborate with families and community partners to provide high-quality services. Flexibility for remote work options is available.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 1st Aid/CPR and Universal Precautions certifications required.
• Two years of experience as a Director or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure licensing compliance with the Colorado Department of Early Childhood for a school-age program.
• Plan and implement activities, supervise children, and coordinate daily operations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum for ages 5–12 years.
• Maintain staffing schedules, supervise staff, and support professional development.
• Manage budget and reporting with accounting to ensure resources are used effectively.
