Lanteris Space LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intuitive Machines, is hiring an Accounting Manager to support financial reporting and SOX compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role is based either in Palo Alto, CA or can also be performed remotely, with preference for remote candidates in the CST zone.

Ideal candidates bring strong U.S. GAAP expertise, public company experience, and advanced SAP knowledge, thriving in high-accountability settings.

Qualifications

• Requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and SOX experience.
• Public company experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
• Lead month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control documentation/testing.
• Collaborate with external auditors on accounting positions and deliverables.
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights; drive process improvements.
