Job summary

Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Readiness Program Analyst to support naval aviation mission requirements by analyzing readiness, maintenance, and logistics data to improve aircraft availability and inform program decisions.

This role is remote eligible, with in-person support preferred based on mission needs. Responsibilities include monitoring readiness metrics, performing root-cause analyses on maintenance and supply data, and delivering clear leadership briefings that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a closely related field or journey-level analytical capability.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and readiness forecasting.
• Strong ability to analyze operational, maintenance, or logistics data and identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver leadership briefings to senior levels.
• Active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate aircraft readiness metrics, availability, and mission-capable status.
• Analyze maintenance and supply data, identify bottlenecks, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Develop clear, decision-focused briefings translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, depot activities, and engineering teams to improve readiness.
