Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care to women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We offer 24/7 clinical support and AI-assisted documentation to enhance patient care.

We are seeking a National Certified RD/RDN licensed in the US to deliver nutrition counseling via telehealth. Expect 10+ patient-facing hours weekly, with flexible scheduling and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset.
• Licensed to practice in any US state (multi-state licenses encouraged).
• Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and no guaranteed minimum visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Lead multi-week programs to help patients make sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; uphold privacy and compliance.
