Job summary

Sensibly Sprouted is hiring a Registered Dietitian Manager to build and lead a team of dietitians delivering outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). You’ll interview and select team members, coach their development, and shape how care is delivered.

This developmental management role doesn't require prior management experience. You’ll report to the Chief Dietetics Officer, manage revenue and performance data, and support clinicians while maintaining a path to Lead with salary progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Applicable state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Proven ability to coach others and lead initiatives; prior manager title not required.
• Residence in WA, OR, ID, or UT or willingness to relocate.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding dietitians to build the team.
• Coach and develop team members, set expectations, give feedback, and address performance concerns.
• Own team revenue, profitability, retention, and productive capacity using performance data.
• Reinforce clinical, documentation, scheduling, and operational standards with training.
• Manage team workflows and priorities, involving senior leadership when decisions require their input.
