Sensibly Sprouted is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to deliver one-on-one outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) via telehealth. You will assess, plan, counsel, and follow up with patients, building lasting relationships and supporting ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Must hold RD or RDN credential and be eligible for state licensure.
• Ability to independently provide outpatient MNT via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-management skills.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess patients, provide evidence-based MNT, and adjust care plans.
