Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for women and children. We are expanding our network of Registered Dietitians to provide evidence-based nutrition therapy for midlife and menopause transitions via telehealth.

You will work with a dedicated medical provider and therapist, set your own schedule, and support patients through multi-week programs with a focus on metabolic and gut health. This role is remote nationwide.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits through Pomelo platform.
