Job summary

Pomelo Care is recruiting a qualified Registered Dietitian to provide virtual nutrition counseling for women and children. You will deliver evidence-based care via telehealth, collaborating with medical providers and therapists to create cohesive care plans.

Qualifications

Must hold national RD/RDN license with state license to practice in any US state
Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience
Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
Comfort with telehealth platforms, video visits, and EMR systems
Strong clinical independence and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits to provide nutrition care
Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to develop holistic plans
Guide patients through multi-week programs to improve lifestyle
Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and gut health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
