Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Senior RCM Specialist III for a REMOTE role. You will bring end-to-end RCM expertise across insurance verification, billing, collections, and refunds, serving as an internal expert and training others.

You will help drive KPI improvements, collaborate with offices, and ensure payer compliance. This is a remote, full-time role with opportunities to contribute to training and content development for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end RCM in dental settings.
• Proficient in insurance verification, claims submission and AR follow-up.
• Knowledge of ADA coding requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned RCM activities per SOPs.
• Insurance verification and benefits inquiries.
• Coding review and ADA compliance.
• Claims submission and denial management.
• Insurance follow-up on claims and denials.
• Credit balance resolution and refunds.
• Payment posting including $0 pays.
• Track KPIs and report on AR.
• Provide training and content creation to the team.
• Support RCM leadership with special projects.
