Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking an RCM Specialist III for a remote role in the United States. The position requires proficiency across end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management, including insurance verification, billing, collections, payment posting, and refunds.

You will act as an internal expert and support multiple offices while driving RCM improvements. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, training, and contributing to special projects, with a focus on maximizing net collections

Competenze

• Experience in dental office revenue cycle workflows and end‑to‑end RCM functions.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, coding, claims submission and denials handling.
• Strong data entry and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Perform end-to-end RCM activities according to SOPs, including verification, billing and follow‑up.
• Manage insurance verification, coding reviews, claims submission, denials and appeals.
• Post payments, handle credit balances, and ensure timely resolution of balances while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with offices and finance to monitor KPIs and improve financial outcomes.
• Provide training and contribute to site scorecard reviews and process improvements.
