AMN Healthcare is seeking a remote RCM Specialist II to support the revenue cycle through AR follow-up, accurate payment posting, refunds, and account auditing. You’ll ensure timely resolution of balances and maintain compliant, clean records.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration with billing teams to improve KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong AR knowledge, payer guideline familiarity, and comfort navigating account-level discrepancies.

• Experience with dental office workflows and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of reimbursement procedures and payer guidelines.
• Proficiency with standard software and data entry; strong math and problem-solving skills.

• Perform AR follow-up to resolve unpaid or underpaid claims and aged balances.
• Post all payments accurately and timely, including remittances and zero-dollar payments.
• Audit accounts for accurate submission, payment applications, adjustments, and resolution of balances.
• Review and resolve credit balances; process refunds to insurers and patients per policies.
• Maintain documentation of account activities and payer interactions; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with billing and front office to ensure clean claims and prompt issue resolution.
