Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced RCM Specialist II to manage AR follow-up, post payments, process refunds and credits, and audit accounts to maintain accurate financial records for the practice and patients.

You will analyze payer guidelines, resolve discrepancies, monitor KPIs like net collection rate and days in AR, and collaborate with billing and front office to ensure clean claims and timely remittance.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental office revenue cycle workflows.
• Knowledge of reimbursement and payer guidelines.
• Proficient in practice management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; teamwork and communication.
• Certified CPC or CRCP credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR follow-up to resolve unpaid or underpaid claims.
• Audit accounts for accurate submission and payment posting.
• Process refunds to insurers and patients per policies.
• Post all payments timely; include zero-dollar payments and remittance reconciliations.
• Apply adjustments and write-offs per payer contracts.
